General Chapter Information

Welcome to the Needle Arts Guild of Toledo! Our guild is a Chapter of The Embroiderers' Guild of America, Inc., a non-profit educational organization founded in 1959 to

  • Foster high standards of design, color, and workmanship in embroidery;
  • Teach the embroidery arts; and
  • Preserve our national needle arts heritage.

The EGA serves thousands of members through a network of over 300 chapters which are grouped into thirteen geographical regions. Our chapter serves Northwest Ohio and the surrounding area.
